Val has lived, worked and played in Garden Valley for 29 years now and loves every single moment in this quaint little town.  Val is a Licensed Broker,/Owner of Garden Valley Homes and Land located in beautiful Garden Valley.   Val also carries other designations such as GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative).  The most important things to her are God, family and work.  While developing GVHL into a highly respected and diverse real estate brokerage, Val and her husband, Tom, are blessed to be raising their grandchildren, Max and Chloe. In her free time, She loves traveling with her family, especially to watch their hockey games and tournaments. Val is not limited to just rural transactions as she is often found in Boise to shuttle both kids to their hockey events.  Val worked with builders/new construction in Meridian and Eagle during 2001 - 2008.  Many Awards for the Circle of Excellence from the Association of Realtors have been earned. Lara is a city girl turned mountain girl. While she was born and raised in the mountains of Colorado, Lara considers herself a lifelong Idahoan as she has lived here for more than 30 years. This mountain girl raised her 3 wonderful children in Boise and then moved to Garden Valley with her husband, Greg in 2015. An opportunity presented itself for her to get into real estate, which has become her dream job. Lara loves getting to explore more of Idaho through finding new neighborhoods in the Treasure Valley and wandering back roads in pursuit of the perfect house for her clients. Lara strives to love people well and bless them through her business. You can find her every morning riding her peloton and taking her dogs on a walk to discover more of God’s amazing creation.

Kathy brings to us over twenty five years of real estate experience. Kathy started in new Homes Sales and Marketing and continued on to obtain her Broker’s designation in Southern California. Before Kathy moved to Garden Valley Idaho she achieved one of the top agents in sales at the local resale office. Kathy enjoys sitting around the campfire with friends, riding the many mountain trails on her ATV, bird watching and tubing down the Payette River. Coming from Idaho Falls, Idaho in 1988, I moved my family to the Treasure Valley and invested in a small property management business.  1997, I furthered my education through attending Idaho Real Estate School where I received my Real Estate License. My Husband and I currently live in Garden Valley, Idaho on a beautiful 10 acre view lot.  I have 4 wonderful children and 12 grandchildren. My vast experience in the real estate industry helps me be an excellent Real Estate agent for all my clients needs.

I have lived in Garden Valley my entire life.  My husband, Bill, and I built a home on the same place my Great-grandparents owned. My family has always owned cows, rodeoed, and lead a very agriculture-based life. Rural life is a wonderful experience and it is my opinion that some of the best people come from “the land”. 

I’ve had many jobs through the years but the ones I've enjoyed most are coaching my own kids and many others, at the community, middle school and high school level and working with students at Garden Valley Schools (15 years).  I run my business with the same integrity and honesty I try to instill in my kids and student athletes.

 I feel very lucky to live in such a beautiful place and work at several jobs I love.
