Val has lived, worked and played in Garden Valley for 29 years now and loves every single moment in this quaint little town.  Val is a Licensed Broker,/Owner of Garden Valley Homes and Land located in beautiful Garden Valley.   Val also carries other designations such as GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative).  The most important things to her are God, family and work.  While developing GVHL into a highly respected and diverse real estate brokerage, Val and her husband, Tom, are blessed to be raising their grandchildren, Max and Chloe. In her free time, She loves traveling with her family, especially to watch their hockey games and tournaments. Val is not limited to just rural transactions as she is often found in Boise to shuttle both kids to their hockey events.  Val worked with builders/new construction in Meridian and Eagle during 2001 - 2008.  Many Awards for the Circle of Excellence from the Association of Realtors have been earned. Lara is a longtime Idahoan with more than 30 years in the state and over a decade of real estate experience. After raising her three children in Boise, she and her husband, Greg, moved to Garden Valley in 2015, where Lara began her real estate career. For the past three years, she has called Emmett home and enjoys the small-town, agricultural lifestyle of the Treasure Valley. A city girl turned mountain girl, Lara brings a unique understanding of both Treasure Valley neighborhoods and Idaho’s mountain communities. She loves exploring back roads, discovering new places, and helping clients find the property that feels like home. Kathy brings to us over twenty five years of real estate experience. Kathy started in new Homes Sales and Marketing and continued on to obtain her Broker’s designation in Southern California. Before Kathy moved to Garden Valley Idaho she achieved one of the top agents in sales at the local resale office. Kathy enjoys sitting around the campfire with friends, riding the many mountain trails on her ATV, bird watching and tubing down the Payette River.
